Home, away from Home.Property is located about 10 min walking distance from Fira Center. Central location helped to commute all important tourist destinations in Santorini with bus on ease. Further, we had three good night sleep without noise disturbance. The property is very clean and as good as in the pictures. The bathroom is spacious and utlities were clean. With a smiling face, the landlord welcomed us and made our stay extra comfortable. He also gave guidance as per our requirements. No need to think twice. Go for it

La atencion de Tomas es inmejorable , te asesora para optimizar tu tiempo , nos consiguio alquiler de auto mucho mas barato de los que nos pedian .Te provee de mapa , horarios de colectivo , tikets para paseo en barco y toda la info que necesitas para moverte en Santorini , si no lo sabe lo averigua .Aunque dice sin desayuno , todas las mañanas te proveen de , cafe , te , azucar , tostadas , croasant , manteca y una botella de agua grande . Lo recomiendo 100%

The property is just a 5-10 mins walk to the Fira town and is in a quiet peaceful location. The room was huge, super clean, comfortable and beautiful with all the required amenities and some welcome snacks.

Simple items (coffee, croissants, crackers, butter and jam) were provided for breakfast. A new bottle of water was given on each day. The communication was really smooth with the host Kosmas. He helped with booking transportation from the airport to the Villa and gave good suggestions on how to plan our 2 days in Fira, which was really helpful. I would recommend staying at Niovi.

Perfect location, central and close to everything. Very clean, neat and modern. Wonderful host, booked our car and a boat trip to the volcano. Gave us information about what is nice to do around the island.

We were pleasantly surprised with how welcoming the male receptionist was on check in and throughout the stay. The welcome basket of snacks was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Kosmas was very hospitable and welcoming. Even though we arrived earlier than the reception opening hours, he took the time to sit down with us and guide us around where to go in Santorini!The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The location is just a short walk away from Fira city center, with all its shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be peaceful at night time! Overall can highly recommend.

Katru dienu saimnieki papildināja uzkodu grozu (kruasāni, džemi, sausiņi, kafija, minerālūdens, sula). Vannas istabā bija arī dušas želejas, ziepes, fēns. Laipns, izpalīdzīgs saimnieks.

Nioviは、静かな場所に位置し、部屋が広く、清潔で綺麗です。バスターミナルまで、600m程歩きますが、問題無い距離です。オーナーはとても親切で、リーズナブルで美味しいレストランや、美味しいパン屋さん、スーパーマーケットを教えてくれました。また、泊まりに来たいです。
