The room was very spacious, clean and pleasant. The porch had an amazing sunrise view. Kosmas was really amazing and helped us get around and plan our time in Santorini. A welcome basket with goods and a bottle of wine waited for us in the room which was a very nice touch!

We were charmed by the place from the very first moment! Despite the fact that our flight was delayed of several hours and we arrived after midnight, we were personally welcomed by the owners. Kosmas is the best host you can ever have - every day, hearing our plans, he shared with us tips and advice that we could not find on the internet; recommended restaurants, ways of getting there, additional attractions and helped in literally every situation. Thanks to him, we have spend a wonderful and unforgettable holidays in Santorini!The Niovi itself is located about 5 minutes from the center of Fira and the main bus station, in a quiet and very safe area. The room we got was very spacious, with a private balcony and a kitchenette with a fridge. Every day we could find refilled breakfast utensils - coffee, tea, milk, croissants, bread, jams, honey, juices and water. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy, of course. Niovi is a place where we felt at home and we can recommend it to everyone - we are sure that you will love it!

It was in a quiet location, away from the chaos but close to all the sites.It has space to park the scooter we rented out.

Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente il proprietario , persona gentilissima e disponibile . A localização era perfeita, muito próxima do centro de Fira mas suficientemente afastada da confusão noturna e numa zona acessível e de grande tranquilidade. A partir daqui podemos facilmente explorar toda a ilha de Santorini. A dimensão, conforto e limpeza do quarto excedeu completamente as nossas expectativas. Mas o ponto forte é sem dúvida a empatia e hospitalidade do proprietário que nos proporcionou uma estadia verdadeiramente inesquecível e que iremos certamente repetir! Muito obrigado!

Очень чисто, приветливый хозяин, проконсультировал по локации всех значимых мест посещения острова. Заботливо пополнялась корзинка с чаем, кофем, маслом и т д для перекуса. Рядом пекарня,супермаркет и точка питания( гирос мясо на огне).
