This place is super awsome! The room is tidy, spacious, simple, but great design, and the bed was very comfy. Whih is a huge plus, since we were hiking a lot around the island. But that's just the room, which is not most valuable part of this place. Kostas, our host is one of the kindest person I've ever met in my life. He was like our dearest uncle, who we visited. He helped us a lot, by explaining where we find what we might needed, best cursions to find, and it was just nice to talk to him. He was never out of line, very respectful, and always smiling. One thing is sure. Whenever we go back, we will stay by him.

Il Niovi ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. La struttura si trova in una traversa privata silenziosa ed appartata a pochi passi dal centro di Fira. La nostra camera era davvero molto pulita, spaziosa e confortevole, dotata di due terrazzini, dove si poteva fare colazione o trascorrere del tempo in completo relax.Vi è un angolo snack ben fornito, per la colazione e il break pomeridiano;Ci sono stoviglie ed elettrodomestici abbastanza funzionali;il bagno è spazioso, luminoso e pulito;la camera è molto ampia e spaziosa e il letto molto confortevole con lenzuola profumate;è presente un armadio in muratura con grucce colorate;A completare il tutto, il proprietario, il signor Kosmas è una persona squisita, gentilissimo e simpatico. Ha provveduto ad illustrarci un po’ l’isola, a consigliarci ristoranti ottimi e posti dove poter fare colazione e comprare panini per il pranzo e dove cenare con vista sulla caldera, ad organizzarci la gita in caicco e a prenotarci il motorino, arrivato direttamente in struttura. È stato piacevole chiacchierare con lui. Gli abbiamo consigliato di costruire una piscina sul retro, che completerebbe la struttura, rendendola favolosa.

The property is just a 5-10 mins walk to the Fira town and is in a quiet peaceful location. The room was huge, super clean, comfortable and beautiful with all the required amenities and some welcome snacks.

A localização era perfeita, muito próxima do centro de Fira mas suficientemente afastada da confusão noturna e numa zona acessível e de grande tranquilidade. A partir daqui podemos facilmente explorar toda a ilha de Santorini. A dimensão, conforto e limpeza do quarto excedeu completamente as nossas expectativas. Mas o ponto forte é sem dúvida a empatia e hospitalidade do proprietário que nos proporcionou uma estadia verdadeiramente inesquecível e que iremos certamente repetir! Muito obrigado!

Struttura pulitissima, curata eFornita di tutti i confort; parcheggio privato. Ottima per tre persone con camera singola al piano superiore. Il gestore super disponibile ci ha fornito molte informazioni utili, anche per la gestione COVID. Posizionata a 6 minuti a piedi dal centro di Fira. Home, away from Home.Property is located about 10 min walking distance from Fira Center. Central location helped to commute all important tourist destinations in Santorini with bus on ease. Further, we had three good night sleep without noise disturbance. The property is very clean and as good as in the pictures. The bathroom is spacious and utlities were clean. With a smiling face, the landlord welcomed us and made our stay extra comfortable. He also gave guidance as per our requirements. No need to think twice. Go for it

The room was very spacious, clean and pleasant. The porch had an amazing sunrise view. Kosmas was really amazing and helped us get around and plan our time in Santorini. A welcome basket with goods and a bottle of wine waited for us in the room which was a very nice touch!

Perfect location, central and close to everything. Very clean, neat and modern. Wonderful host, booked our car and a boat trip to the volcano. Gave us information about what is nice to do around the island.

We were pleasantly surprised with how welcoming the male receptionist was on check in and throughout the stay. The welcome basket of snacks was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything. Felt very homey and the owners we’re so beyond kind. They we’re always there to help and they always made sure i had everything i needed. As a solo traveler, i couldn’t ask for a safer property to stay in.
