Er heerst oase van rust bij Niovi. Ons studio had een mooie veranda met een comfortabel bankje. Het keukentje is heel praktisch ingericht. Je kunt makkelijk je ontbijt maken, fles water of wijn koelen. Ons slaapgedeelte was vrij ruim en lekker verkoelend. Alles met veel aandacht verzorgd en super schoon. De omgeving is heel rustig, wij hebben goed kunnen slapen. De centrum van Fira is op 10 minuten loopafstand. Wij hebben voor 2 dagen auto gehuurd. Kosmos (de eigenaar) heeft ons hiermee geholpen en ook de weg gewezen. Mochten we ooit terugkeren, dan komen we graag terug naar Niovi.

The room was very spacious, clean and pleasant. The porch had an amazing sunrise view. Kosmas was really amazing and helped us get around and plan our time in Santorini. A welcome basket with goods and a bottle of wine waited for us in the room which was a very nice touch!

Очень чисто, приветливый хозяин, проконсультировал по локации всех значимых мест посещения острова. Заботливо пополнялась корзинка с чаем, кофем, маслом и т д для перекуса. Рядом пекарня,супермаркет и точка питания( гирос мясо на огне).

The property is just a 5-10 mins walk to the Fira town and is in a quiet peaceful location. The room was huge, super clean, comfortable and beautiful with all the required amenities and some welcome snacks.

Kosmas was very hospitable and welcoming. Even though we arrived earlier than the reception opening hours, he took the time to sit down with us and guide us around where to go in Santorini!The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The location is just a short walk away from Fira city center, with all its shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be peaceful at night time! Overall can highly recommend.

El apartamento, la amabilidad y la atención de Kosmas ( el dueño) fue fantástica. El apartamento está situado a las afueras de Fhira, pero puedes ir andando en 8 minutos al centro. El apartamento muy amplio, cómodas camas y una terraza muy agradable donde desayunar. Tiene frigorífico, cafetera y menaje para poder desayunar allí. Todos los días nos dejaban en la habitación zumos, agua, pan para tostadas, croisant y mermeladas para el desayuno. El baño muy amplio, muy nuevo y todo muy limpio. El apartamento estaba reformado, muy nuevo y la limpieza de 10. Parking en el apartamento. La atención de Kosmas fue excelente y muy cercana, cuando llegamos nos gestionó el alquiler del coche y él mismo se encargó, y nos explicó las cosas que ver en la isla. Fue muy amable con nosotros. Estuvimos muy bien en Niovi apartments, repetiríamos sin duda y lo recomendaremos a todos los que quieran visitar la isla.

la posizione dell’appartamento è ottimo, ci vogliono circa 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare al centro di Fira. è molto pulita e ogni 2 giorni fanno la pulizia. Kosmas è stato davvero gentile e accogliente, ci ha aiutati a noleggiare il quad e a prenotare il transfer. Mi ha regalato anche la torta per il mio compleanno! Appartamento consigliatissimo!

Thanks to him, we have spend a wonderful and unforgettable holidays in Santorini!The Niovi itself is located about 5 minutes from the center of Fira and the main bus station, in a quiet and very safe area. The room we got was very spacious, with a private balcony and a kitchenette with a fridge. Every day we could find refilled breakfast utensils - coffee, tea, milk, croissants, bread, jams, honey, juices and water. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy, of course. Niovi is a place where we felt at home and we can recommend it to everyone - we are sure that you will love it!
