In a lovely quiet location a few minutes walk to Fira centre. Kosmas is most helpful and kind. The apartment is spotless and there are plenty of eating places nearby. Niovi is highly recommended.

Perfectly kept and clean apartment, everything was just as described on page. The owner was very kind, he made sure to provide us with all necessary information on the island and booked a tour for the volcano. We got some snacks for the welcome which were refilled later too! The apartment is located close to restaurants, bakeries and bus station. I can easily recommend it to anyone looking for accomodation in Fira.

We loved staying at Niovi! My boyfriend and I were extremely happy with every single aspect of this accommodation - its location, how clean and spacious it was, daily refill of water and snacks, and above all the kindest owner you could imagine. He made sure to provide us with all the information we might have needed, gave us an advice on renting an ATV, booked a boat tour for us and surprised me with a delicious personalised cake as I was celebrating my birthday during our stay there. Moreover, Niovi is located just a few minutes away from various cafes, bakeries and the bus station which is very convenient. It was also very affordable in comparison to other options, even though we stayed there in August, so in high season. I will definitely recommend Niovi to my friends visiting Santorini and would stay there again if I come to the island in the future!

la posizione dell’appartamento è ottimo, ci vogliono circa 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare al centro di Fira. è molto pulita e ogni 2 giorni fanno la pulizia. Kosmas è stato davvero gentile e accogliente, ci ha aiutati a noleggiare il quad e a prenotare il transfer. Mi ha regalato anche la torta per il mio compleanno! Appartamento consigliatissimo!

El apartemento es hermoso , amplio , comodo con un diseño moderno al estilo griego , se ubica en una calle tranquila y muy linda a pocos minutos caminando de la estacion de bus desde donde puedes ir a cualquier pueblo o playa de Santorini. La atencion de Tomas es inmejorable , te asesora para optimizar tu tiempo , nos consiguio alquiler de auto mucho mas barato de los que nos pedian .Te provee de mapa , horarios de colectivo , tikets para paseo en barco y toda la info que necesitas para moverte en Santorini , si no lo sabe lo averigua .Aunque dice sin desayuno , todas las mañanas te proveen de , cafe , te , azucar , tostadas , croasant , manteca y una botella de agua grande . Lo recomiendo 100%

Il Niovi ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. La struttura si trova in una traversa privata silenziosa ed appartata a pochi passi dal centro di Fira. La nostra camera era davvero molto pulita, spaziosa e confortevole, dotata di due terrazzini, dove si poteva fare colazione o trascorrere del tempo in completo relax.Vi è un angolo snack ben fornito, per la colazione e il break pomeridiano;Ci sono stoviglie ed elettrodomestici abbastanza funzionali;il bagno è spazioso, luminoso e pulito;la camera è molto ampia e spaziosa e il letto molto confortevole con lenzuola profumate;è presente un armadio in muratura con grucce colorate;A completare il tutto, il proprietario, il signor Kosmas è una persona squisita, gentilissimo e simpatico. Ha provveduto ad illustrarci un po’ l’isola, a consigliarci ristoranti ottimi e posti dove poter fare colazione e comprare panini per il pranzo e dove cenare con vista sulla caldera, ad organizzarci la gita in caicco e a prenotarci il motorino, arrivato direttamente in struttura. È stato piacevole chiacchierare con lui. Gli abbiamo consigliato di costruire una piscina sul retro, che completerebbe la struttura, rendendola favolosa.

The room was very spacious, clean and pleasant. The porch had an amazing sunrise view. Kosmas was really amazing and helped us get around and plan our time in Santorini. A welcome basket with goods and a bottle of wine waited for us in the room which was a very nice touch!

Simple items (coffee, croissants, crackers, butter and jam) were provided for breakfast. A new bottle of water was given on each day. The communication was really smooth with the host Kosmas. He helped with booking transportation from the airport to the Villa and gave good suggestions on how to plan our 2 days in Fira, which was really helpful. I would recommend staying at Niovi.

We were pleasantly surprised with how welcoming the male receptionist was on check in and throughout the stay. The welcome basket of snacks was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend staying here.

El apartamento, la amabilidad y la atención de Kosmas ( el dueño) fue fantástica. El apartamento está situado a las afueras de Fhira, pero puedes ir andando en 8 minutos al centro. El apartamento muy amplio, cómodas camas y una terraza muy agradable donde desayunar. Tiene frigorífico, cafetera y menaje para poder desayunar allí. Todos los días nos dejaban en la habitación zumos, agua, pan para tostadas, croisant y mermeladas para el desayuno. El baño muy amplio, muy nuevo y todo muy limpio. El apartamento estaba reformado, muy nuevo y la limpieza de 10. Parking en el apartamento. La atención de Kosmas fue excelente y muy cercana, cuando llegamos nos gestionó el alquiler del coche y él mismo se encargó, y nos explicó las cosas que ver en la isla. Fue muy amable con nosotros. Estuvimos muy bien en Niovi apartments, repetiríamos sin duda y lo recomendaremos a todos los que quieran visitar la isla.
