We loved staying at Niovi! My boyfriend and I were extremely happy with every single aspect of this accommodation - its location, how clean and spacious it was, daily refill of water and snacks, and above all the kindest owner you could imagine. He made sure to provide us with all the information we might have needed, gave us an advice on renting an ATV, booked a boat tour for us and surprised me with a delicious personalised cake as I was celebrating my birthday during our stay there. Moreover, Niovi is located just a few minutes away from various cafes, bakeries and the bus station which is very convenient. It was also very affordable in comparison to other options, even though we stayed there in August, so in high season. I will definitely recommend Niovi to my friends visiting Santorini and would stay there again if I come to the island in the future!

Il posto migliore per una vacanza perfetta !La struttura è estremamente pulita, la posizione è perfetta , in pochi minuti si arriva al centro di thira. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente il proprietario , persona gentilissima e disponibile . Grazie a lui abbia potuto visitate i posto più bello dell isola ed è stato sempre pronto a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste .Torneremo sicuramente, super consigliato!

We arrived to a fantastic welcome from our host Kosmas! We were only staying for a couple of nights but he showed us maps of places we should visit and eat, showed us bus times so we could travel around the island as well. The room was outstanding, extremely clean and modern/Greek finish, huge inside with a living room and 2 balcony’s. Short walk from the bus station and Fira only 12 minutes.

Home, away from Home.Property is located about 10 min walking distance from Fira Center. Central location helped to commute all important tourist destinations in Santorini with bus on ease. Further, we had three good night sleep without noise disturbance. The property is very clean and as good as in the pictures. The bathroom is spacious and utlities were clean. With a smiling face, the landlord welcomed us and made our stay extra comfortable. He also gave guidance as per our requirements. No need to think twice. Go for it

Perfectly kept and clean apartment, everything was just as described on page. The owner was very kind, he made sure to provide us with all necessary information on the island and booked a tour for the volcano. We got some snacks for the welcome which were refilled later too! The apartment is located close to restaurants, bakeries and bus station. I can easily recommend it to anyone looking for accomodation in Fira.

Laba atrašanāš vieta - 10 minūšu pastaigas attālumā no centra un autoostas. Uz klusas ieliņas. Netālu brīnišķīgas kafejnīcas, kur ieturēt brokastis. Ielas galā kebabnīca, kur pa lētu naudu var nopirkt gardus kebabus. Numuriņš tīrs, ērts, kluss, skaisti iekārtots. Balkoniņš. Katru dienu saimnieki papildināja uzkodu grozu (kruasāni, džemi, sausiņi, kafija, minerālūdens, sula). Vannas istabā bija arī dušas želejas, ziepes, fēns. Laipns, izpalīdzīgs saimnieks.

The property is just a 5-10 mins walk to the Fira town and is in a quiet peaceful location. The room was huge, super clean, comfortable and beautiful with all the required amenities and some welcome snacks.

Удобное местоположение для Санторини, недалеко от остановки всех автобусов, которые отправляются в порт, аэропорт и городки Санторини. Очень чисто, приветливый хозяин, проконсультировал по локации всех значимых мест посещения острова. Заботливо пополнялась корзинка с чаем, кофем, маслом и т д для перекуса. Рядом пекарня,супермаркет и точка питания( гирос мясо на огне).

El apartamento, la amabilidad y la atención de Kosmas ( el dueño) fue fantástica. El apartamento está situado a las afueras de Fhira, pero puedes ir andando en 8 minutos al centro. El apartamento muy amplio, cómodas camas y una terraza muy agradable donde desayunar. Tiene frigorífico, cafetera y menaje para poder desayunar allí. Todos los días nos dejaban en la habitación zumos, agua, pan para tostadas, croisant y mermeladas para el desayuno. El baño muy amplio, muy nuevo y todo muy limpio. El apartamento estaba reformado, muy nuevo y la limpieza de 10. Parking en el apartamento. La atención de Kosmas fue excelente y muy cercana, cuando llegamos nos gestionó el alquiler del coche y él mismo se encargó, y nos explicó las cosas que ver en la isla. Fue muy amable con nosotros. Estuvimos muy bien en Niovi apartments, repetiríamos sin duda y lo recomendaremos a todos los que quieran visitar la isla.

Fabulous accomodation, everything so modern and contemporary. Beds very comfortable, so were the pillows, air con, gorgeous rain shower and normal shower. Fluffy towels. We were greeted by the owner who was so so friendly and helpful and accommodating. We had a basket of foods left in our room with tea breads etc very thoughtfulThe owner gave us two maps recommended where to go. Always there with a friendly smile asking how we were and if we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here spotless clean accomodation very modern a really high standard for such a reasonable price. The owner even organised car hire to be brought to our accomodation. 7 minutes walk into the town of fira but lovely coffee shops and things along the way. These people even have security dogs around and the gardens are well maintained with benches and a swing. You will be well looked after here!
