Fabulous accomodation, everything so modern and contemporary. Beds very comfortable, so were the pillows, air con, gorgeous rain shower and normal shower. Fluffy towels. We were greeted by the owner who was so so friendly and helpful and accommodating. We had a basket of foods left in our room with tea breads etc very thoughtfulThe owner gave us two maps recommended where to go. Always there with a friendly smile asking how we were and if we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here spotless clean accomodation very modern a really high standard for such a reasonable price. The owner even organised car hire to be brought to our accomodation. 7 minutes walk into the town of fira but lovely coffee shops and things along the way. These people even have security dogs around and the gardens are well maintained with benches and a swing. You will be well looked after here!

Nioviは、静かな場所に位置し、部屋が広く、清潔で綺麗です。バスターミナルまで、600m程歩きますが、問題無い距離です。オーナーはとても親切で、リーズナブルで美味しいレストランや、美味しいパン屋さん、スーパーマーケットを教えてくれました。また、泊まりに来たいです。

We were charmed by the place from the very first moment! Despite the fact that our flight was delayed of several hours and we arrived after midnight, we were personally welcomed by the owners. Kosmas is the best host you can ever have - every day, hearing our plans, he shared with us tips and advice that we could not find on the internet; recommended restaurants, ways of getting there, additional attractions and helped in literally every situation. Thanks to him, we have spend a wonderful and unforgettable holidays in Santorini!The Niovi itself is located about 5 minutes from the center of Fira and the main bus station, in a quiet and very safe area. The room we got was very spacious, with a private balcony and a kitchenette with a fridge. Every day we could find refilled breakfast utensils - coffee, tea, milk, croissants, bread, jams, honey, juices and water. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy, of course. Niovi is a place where we felt at home and we can recommend it to everyone - we are sure that you will love it!

This place is super awsome! The room is tidy, spacious, simple, but great design, and the bed was very comfy. Whih is a huge plus, since we were hiking a lot around the island. But that's just the room, which is not most valuable part of this place. Kostas, our host is one of the kindest person I've ever met in my life. He was like our dearest uncle, who we visited. He helped us a lot, by explaining where we find what we might needed, best cursions to find, and it was just nice to talk to him. He was never out of line, very respectful, and always smiling. One thing is sure. Whenever we go back, we will stay by him.

Er heerst oase van rust bij Niovi. Ons studio had een mooie veranda met een comfortabel bankje. Het keukentje is heel praktisch ingericht. Je kunt makkelijk je ontbijt maken, fles water of wijn koelen. Ons slaapgedeelte was vrij ruim en lekker verkoelend. Alles met veel aandacht verzorgd en super schoon. De omgeving is heel rustig, wij hebben goed kunnen slapen. De centrum van Fira is op 10 minuten loopafstand. Wij hebben voor 2 dagen auto gehuurd. Kosmos (de eigenaar) heeft ons hiermee geholpen en ook de weg gewezen. Mochten we ooit terugkeren, dan komen we graag terug naar Niovi.

The property is just a 5-10 mins walk to the Fira town and is in a quiet peaceful location. The room was huge, super clean, comfortable and beautiful with all the required amenities and some welcome snacks.

We loved staying at Niovi! My boyfriend and I were extremely happy with every single aspect of this accommodation - its location, how clean and spacious it was, daily refill of water and snacks, and above all the kindest owner you could imagine. He made sure to provide us with all the information we might have needed, gave us an advice on renting an ATV, booked a boat tour for us and surprised me with a delicious personalised cake as I was celebrating my birthday during our stay there. Moreover, Niovi is located just a few minutes away from various cafes, bakeries and the bus station which is very convenient. It was also very affordable in comparison to other options, even though we stayed there in August, so in high season. I will definitely recommend Niovi to my friends visiting Santorini and would stay there again if I come to the island in the future!

In a lovely quiet location a few minutes walk to Fira centre. Kosmas is most helpful and kind. The apartment is spotless and there are plenty of eating places nearby. Niovi is highly recommended.

Perfectly kept and clean apartment, everything was just as described on page. The owner was very kind, he made sure to provide us with all necessary information on the island and booked a tour for the volcano. We got some snacks for the welcome which were refilled later too! The apartment is located close to restaurants, bakeries and bus station. I can easily recommend it to anyone looking for accomodation in Fira.
