Everything. Felt very homey and the owners we’re so beyond kind. They we’re always there to help and they always made sure i had everything i needed. As a solo traveler, i couldn’t ask for a safer property to stay in.

Simple items (coffee, croissants, crackers, butter and jam) were provided for breakfast. A new bottle of water was given on each day. The communication was really smooth with the host Kosmas. He helped with booking transportation from the airport to the Villa and gave good suggestions on how to plan our 2 days in Fira, which was really helpful. I would recommend staying at Niovi.

Kosmas was very hospitable and welcoming. Even though we arrived earlier than the reception opening hours, he took the time to sit down with us and guide us around where to go in Santorini!
The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The location is just a short walk away from Fira city center, with all its shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be peaceful at night time! Overall can highly recommend.

This place is super awsome! The room is tidy, spacious, simple, but great design, and the bed was very comfy. Whih is a huge plus, since we were hiking a lot around the island. But that's just the room, which is not most valuable part of this place. Kostas, our host is one of the kindest person I've ever met in my life. He was like our dearest uncle, who we visited. He helped us a lot, by explaining where we find what we might needed, best cursions to find, and it was just nice to talk to him. He was never out of line, very respectful, and always smiling. One thing is sure. Whenever we go back, we will stay by him.

La atencion de Tomas es inmejorable , te asesora para optimizar tu tiempo , nos consiguio alquiler de auto mucho mas barato de los que nos pedian .Te provee de mapa , horarios de colectivo , tikets para paseo en barco y toda la info que necesitas para moverte en Santorini , si no lo sabe lo averigua .
Aunque dice sin desayuno , todas las mañanas te proveen de , cafe , te , azucar , tostadas , croasant , manteca y una botella de agua grande . Lo recomiendo 100%

la posizione dell’appartamento è ottimo, ci vogliono circa 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare al centro di Fira. è molto pulita e ogni 2 giorni fanno la pulizia. Kosmas è stato davvero gentile e accogliente, ci ha aiutati a noleggiare il quad e a prenotare il transfer. Mi ha regalato anche la torta per il mio compleanno! Appartamento consigliatissimo!

Property is located about 10 min walking distance from Fira Center. Central location helped to commute all important tourist destinations in Santorini with bus on ease. Further, we had three good night sleep without noise disturbance. The property is very clean and as good as in the pictures. The bathroom is spacious and utlities were clean. With a smiling face, the landlord welcomed us and made our stay extra comfortable. He also gave guidance as per our requirements. No need to think twice. Go for it

Perfect location, central and close to everything. Very clean, neat and modern. Wonderful host, booked our car and a boat trip to the volcano. Gave us information about what is nice to do around the island.

We arrived to a fantastic welcome from our host Kosmas! We were only staying for a couple of nights but he showed us maps of places we should visit and eat, showed us bus times so we could travel around the island as well. The room was outstanding, extremely clean and modern/Greek finish, huge inside with a living room and 2 balcony’s. Short walk from the bus station and Fira only 12 minutes.

The room was very spacious, clean and pleasant. The porch had an amazing sunrise view. Kosmas was really amazing and helped us get around and plan our time in Santorini. A welcome basket with goods and a bottle of wine waited for us in the room which was a very nice touch!

Perfectly kept and clean apartment, everything was just as described on page. The owner was very kind, he made sure to provide us with all necessary information on the island and booked a tour for the volcano. We got some snacks for the welcome which were refilled later too! The apartment is located close to restaurants, bakeries and bus station. I can easily recommend it to anyone looking for accomodation in Fira.

We loved staying at Niovi! My boyfriend and I were extremely happy with every single aspect of this accommodation - its location, how clean and spacious it was, daily refill of water and snacks, and above all the kindest owner you could imagine. He made sure to provide us with all the information we might have needed, gave us an advice on renting an ATV, booked a boat tour for us and surprised me with a delicious personalised cake as I was celebrating my birthday during our stay there. Moreover, Niovi is located just a few minutes away from various cafes, bakeries and the bus station which is very convenient. It was also very affordable in comparison to other options, even though we stayed there in August, so in high season. I will definitely recommend Niovi to my friends visiting Santorini and would stay there again if I come to the island in the future!

Il Niovi ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. La struttura si trova in una traversa privata silenziosa ed appartata a pochi passi dal centro di Fira. La nostra camera era davvero molto pulita, spaziosa e confortevole, dotata di due terrazzini, dove si poteva fare colazione o trascorrere del tempo in completo relax.
Vi è un angolo snack ben fornito, per la colazione e il break pomeridiano;
Ci sono stoviglie ed elettrodomestici abbastanza funzionali;
il bagno è spazioso, luminoso e pulito;
la camera è molto ampia e spaziosa e il letto molto confortevole con lenzuola profumate;
è presente un armadio in muratura con grucce colorate;
A completare il tutto, il proprietario, il signor Kosmas è una persona squisita, gentilissimo e simpatico. Ha provveduto ad illustrarci un po’ l’isola, a consigliarci ristoranti ottimi e posti dove poter fare colazione e comprare panini per il pranzo e dove cenare con vista sulla caldera, ad organizzarci la gita in caicco e a prenotarci il motorino, arrivato direttamente in struttura. È stato piacevole chiacchierare con lui. Gli abbiamo consigliato di costruire una piscina sul retro, che completerebbe la struttura, rendendola favolosa.

We were pleasantly surprised with how welcoming the male receptionist was on check in and throughout the stay. The welcome basket of snacks was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Er heerst oase van rust bij Niovi. Ons studio had een mooie veranda met een comfortabel bankje. Het keukentje is heel praktisch ingericht. Je kunt makkelijk je ontbijt maken, fles water of wijn koelen. Ons slaapgedeelte was vrij ruim en lekker verkoelend. Alles met veel aandacht verzorgd en super schoon. De omgeving is heel rustig, wij hebben goed kunnen slapen. De centrum van Fira is op 10 minuten loopafstand. Wij hebben voor 2 dagen auto gehuurd. Kosmos (de eigenaar) heeft ons hiermee geholpen en ook de weg gewezen. Mochten we ooit terugkeren, dan komen we graag terug naar Niovi.

The property is just a 5-10 mins walk to the Fira town and is in a quiet peaceful location. The room was huge, super clean, comfortable and beautiful with all the required amenities and some welcome snacks.

Excellent room and perfect location just outside of the busiest part of Fira. The owner is super accommodating and nice. The place is on a side street of the main road to Fira. On the main road you have stripmalls on both sides for nice restaurants and cafes. Excellent bakery 5 min walk away.

Fabulous accomodation, everything so modern and contemporary. Beds very comfortable, so were the pillows, air con, gorgeous rain shower and normal shower. Fluffy towels. We were greeted by the owner who was so so friendly and helpful and accommodating. We had a basket of foods left in our room with tea breads etc very thoughtful
The owner gave us two maps recommended where to go. Always there with a friendly smile asking how we were and if we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here spotless clean accomodation very modern a really high standard for such a reasonable price. The owner even organised car hire to be brought to our accomodation. 7 minutes walk into the town of fira but lovely coffee shops and things along the way. These people even have security dogs around and the gardens are well maintained with benches and a swing. You will be well looked after here!

El apartamento, la amabilidad y la atención de Kosmas ( el dueño) fue fantástica. El apartamento está situado a las afueras de Fhira, pero puedes ir andando en 8 minutos al centro. El apartamento muy amplio, cómodas camas y una terraza muy agradable donde desayunar. Tiene frigorífico, cafetera y menaje para poder desayunar allí. Todos los días nos dejaban en la habitación zumos, agua, pan para tostadas, croisant y mermeladas para el desayuno. El baño muy amplio, muy nuevo y todo muy limpio. El apartamento estaba reformado, muy nuevo y la limpieza de 10. Parking en el apartamento. La atención de Kosmas fue excelente y muy cercana, cuando llegamos nos gestionó el alquiler del coche y él mismo se encargó, y nos explicó las cosas que ver en la isla. Fue muy amable con nosotros. Estuvimos muy bien en Niovi apartments, repetiríamos sin duda y lo recomendaremos a todos los que quieran visitar la isla.

The Niovi itself is located about 5 minutes from the center of Fira and the main bus station, in a quiet and very safe area. The room we got was very spacious, with a private balcony and a kitchenette with a fridge. Every day we could find refilled breakfast utensils - coffee, tea, milk, croissants, bread, jams, honey, juices and water. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy, of course. Niovi is a place where we felt at home and we can recommend it to everyone - we are sure that you will love it!

We absolutely loved how welcoming and reliable Kosmas and his family are. They totally made the difference above all. They have locals tips, that we didn't realize we needed and they transmit the love for the island too. Apart from that, the room was spacious, great mattress, it's fully equipped and had comfy home vibes, it had more than we needed for 3 days. All clean and modern, all worked in perfect condition: shower, air conditioning. We had a supplies for breakfast renewed every morning and the location was perfect since it's 5 minutes walking from Thira center. We were first timers in Santorini and this kind of experience was the best for us to choose where to go every day.
